Public Service Announcement

The Russell County Emergency Management and the Fiscal Court has lifted the burn ban in Russell County due to the recent rainfall received throughout the county. However, before burning, please note the state burning law prohibits burning except between the hours of 6:00 pm and 6:00 am.
