Snow Update
As we continue to address the local state of emergency due to the snow & ice that we received over the weekend, we want to remind the citizens of Russell County to use caution as many return to work today. County Judge/Executive Gary Robertson would like to thank the magistrates, road department, emergency personnel, and so many others who have worked tirelessly over the last five days to execute the county’s disaster preparedness plan. Our road crews are out again today clearing as many roads as possible. We thank you for your patience as we work to ensure every citizen’s safety and as we restore accessibility to all of our county roads. Thanks to the hard-working Russell County employees and the many of our amazing friends and neighbors, our roads are being restored quickly and efficiently. If you have any questions or need assistance, contact the Russell County Judge’s office at 270-343-2112. For up-to-the minute information or contact numbers for your magistrate or follow us on Facebook and Twitter.
