Snow Update
As we continue to address the local state of emergency due to the snow & ice that we received over the weekend, we want to remind the citizens of Russell County to use caution as many return to work today.

Declarations of Local State of Emergency - Cities of Russell Springs & Jamestown
The cities of Russell Springs and Jamestown have both issued Declarations of Local State of Emergency under the umbrella of the county's declaration. The cities and county will be partnering to assess damage and to protect the public health, safety, and welfare of our citizens. Wet/Dry Vote Announcement
With the results of yesterday’s Wet/Dry vote, Russell County Judge/Executive Gary D. Robertson will call to order a special called meeting of the Russell County Fiscal Court to adopt an ordinance and appoint an ABC officer. Once an ABC officer has been named, applications can then be turned in to that official. Courthouse Closing - Special Election
